Strengths

Results from a variety of tests

Often, when working in together with other people, they tend to be...different than us.

They are complete and full human beings that communicate, live, and exist on this planet in uncountable ways & means.

To hinder our human-to-human communication—amplified as one-to-one transitions to one-to-many, increasing exponentially with teams, organizations, and governments—our brains try to make life easier by assigning groups & categories.

These become literal shortcuts, conserving energy, helping make the world a bit less overwhelming with new, multi-sensory information input happening all the time.

There's a wide variety of tests that help create a shared language between others. That language can help contextualize and better communicate ways of working & being, with Others.

Some of them are founded in sound science—to the extent qualitative research can be—and others have more discriminatory, eugenic origins.

These are a few of my results from such tests.

Strengths-based Leadership

I am an active advocate & practicioner of strength-based leadership.

One's natural qualities, skills honed, and life experienced—compounding layers of what we each bring to the table.

Each of these results are a glimpse into what it's like working with me—neither holistic nor totally representative.

However, I do believe they are accurate to a point of being a strong introduction to my collaboration styles, ways of working, and aspects of being.

Just; remember—

glimpses.

Diplomat Advocate (INFJ-T)

[INFJ's] tend to approach life with deep thoughtfulness and imagination. Their inner vision, personal values, and a quiet, principled version of humanism guide them in all things.

Idealistic and principled, they aren’t content to coast through life—they want to stand up and make a difference. For these compassionate personalities, success doesn’t come from money or status but from seeking fulfillment, helping others, and being a force for good in the world.

While they have lofty goals and ambitions, INFJs shouldn’t be mistaken for idle dreamers. People with this personality type care about integrity, and they’re rarely satisfied until they’ve done what they know to be right. Conscientious to the core, they move through life with a clear sense of their values, and they aim to never lose sight of what truly matters – not according to other people or society at large but according to their own wisdom and intuition.
