There, however, is nuance to feedback. And it is worth being specific about what sorts of feedback there are.
Shared Crafts
If we share a craft—for me, various disciplines within a general categories of product development, front-of-the-web engineering, design(s), inclusive leadership, and organizational design.
If we share a craft, I expect more specific and relevant feedback direct in specifics.
Collaborators
You don't have to have opinions about everything.
And if we're creating something together—creativity!—we each, likely, have our own roles to play. Design tends to be fluid, and can be applied as many layers & moments of the building process.
Everyone
It boils down to:
- what am I missing?
- what all do you see?
- could you share anything that I may have missed, hadn't considered, be a blocker, etc. as of right now?
- is there anything to add?
