On the "ways of growing horizontally" graph of work, categorizing in the ways of learning, operational, tactical, strategic foci of work.
Career wise, I'm now in that strategic, but needing to get into the tactical and operational to make things work.
Also seeing work as a portfolio, so time sensemaking and artifact arranging.
I want my portfolio (or work) to be a historical record of my work. With artifacts etc. That are categorisd for relevance.
I want work to oriented around the various Crafts I practice:
- design (all types)
- production (web dev, letterpress, writing)
- management (people, product, craft)
- learning? (reading, writing, curiosity, etc)
