    This is going to be focused fully on my role as an individual contributor. While I was a player-coach, this is my "player" bit, but with additional context. Seniors at Booking were a bit different too, so define what and how I led.

    • Created & facilitated trainings, upskilling hundreds of designers on design at booking.com, globalisation, localization, and methodologies.
    • Cultivated multiple design communities as the department grew
    • Designed CRM tooling with a team for internal; handling 90%-ish of clients for global account managers. Notable: Playlist Feature.
