- Faffing about: humans faff about because humans...plan for it
- The Keel: be direct in saying time's halfway so the faffing can transition to focus
- Doing: the actual actual doing.

- Completion: make sure there's an output from groups
- Show'n'tell: how much time for groups to present?
- Feedback: how much discussion after activity?
