Blikada is an alternate-history comic about a fictional race of alien sapients with a technology level that crests at the equivalent of Earth's mid-late 19th century. And, much like 19th century Earth, the technology is unequally distributed and experienced. This world contains multiple cultures, philosophies, and alignments, and this story is about what happens when those disparate positions foment revolution. Particularly among those who don't understand it.
